HARBEL, LIBERIA

Firestone Liberia Achieves ISO 14001 Recertification

Firestone Liberia is proud to announce its recertification under ISO 14001 (2025–2028), reaffirming our commitment to good environmental stewardship.

Since our initial certification in 2022, we have continuously improved our environmental performance by identifying areas to use resources more efficiently and to proactively manage environmental aspects and impacts.

This milestone reflects the dedication of our Environmental Department teammates and department head, Dr. Herb Harmon, whose efforts have delivered measurable improvements in waste management — across our communities, schools, and operations.

By integrating ISO 14001 global standards with local environmental practices, Firestone Liberia continues to advance sustainable operations that protect natural resources, improve community well-being, and reinforce the Company’s leadership in responsible natural rubber production.
