Children's Surgery International Mission Begins At Firestone Medical Center At Duside
It was a very exciting weekend at Firestone Liberia as the Children's Surgery International team of 20 doctors and nurses arrived for the mission. (Read more about this mission trip in our latest Firestone Voice here.) Saturday began final patient screenings as hundreds of Liberians made their way to the Firestone Medical Center at Duside seeking help. After two days of work, the medical staff and Duside have scheduled over 150 people for free surgery this week. It will be a week full of long days but everyone is excited about the great things that will be happening! Check back here for more updates this week.
